Mr. Ashok Kumar Basa, B. Tech, Civil Engineering (Regional Engineering College, Rourkela), has worked with Arkitechno for over a decade now and has been handling the bridge consultancy projects across the country as well as abroad. With his vast knowledge and experience in his field, he has been a part of one of the most iconic bridge consultancy projects across India, Gurupriya Bridge. With his active leadership and counsel, and hands-on approach at all times, the project, with all its trials and tribulations was completed, receiving much applause and recognition. He has been a part of technical engineering aspects of bridges and highways simultaneously over the course of time.

Jatin Kumar Swain
Mr. Jatin Kumar Swain is a M.Tech in Earthquake Engineering from IIT Roorkee, with about 35+ years of experience in Various projects related to Earthquake Engineering. He has worked with Water Resource Department, Govt. of Odisha since 1979, and has retired as Chief Engineer in 2014, with which he has gained a huge amount of experience in various aspects of Water Resources in various mains and has worked with World Bank, Asian Development Bank projects too. He has been Part of NCRMP project for Odisha on behalf of Arkitechno which is a Flood mitigation project across the costal line of India, apart from this he has been part with a lot of other Detailed Project report projects also.

Dr. Ramesh Chandra Panda
Dr. Ramesha Chandra Panda is a PhD in Sociology with about 45 years of experience with the Government of India, State and District levels. His experience at the Government of India level was in Heavy Industries and Public enterprises (2006-2008), Dept. of Statistics and Program Implementation (2003-06) and has been Mission Director for rural water supply and sanitation mission (2001-2003), He has the coordination, supervision and management abilities which will be useful to the project. He has also experience as Secretary, Agriculture, Secretary, Rural Development (1996-2001) at state level in of Government of Tamil Nadu (State), He established OMFED (1985) in Odisha. As Secretary to Govt. of Tamilnadu in Agriculture Department during the period of 1991-1996, Dr. R.C Panda formulated and negotiated with World Bank along with the Government of India, for Agricultural Human Resource Development Project which was inter-alia included the remote sensing based training programmes for the farmers besides strengthening of the institutions involved in the implementation of watershed development project specifically through Agriculture , Horticulture and Forest Departments. In the said project Dr. Panda was Instrumental in setting up Institute of Remote Sensing in Anna University, Chennai, for training the farmers in the application of Remote Sensing and GIS technologies for agriculture and watershed. As Additional Secretary for Forest and Fishery Dept. Dr. R.C Panda piloted the second project for SIDA assisted A forestation Program which had a strong component of treatment of watershed in forest and non-forest lands.

Mr. Jatinder Singh Kamyotra is a Msc in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in the year 1981, he is a NABET accredited specialist in Category A for Air Pollution Prevention, Monitoring & Control, Air Quality Modeling & Prediction, Noise & Vibration & Solid and Hazardous Waste Management. He was executive head of Central Pollution Control Board since 1981- 2017 where in he has worked with projects and issues related to Air Pollution management under various funding agencies. With his vast knowledge about the Environmental aspects in Air, Water, Waste he has played a Senior Advisory Role to Arkitechno for assisting us through the Various Environmental project we have associated with in the past.

Dr. Alka Upadhyay
Mrs. Alka Upadhyay is a Phd in Aquatic Ecology from Banaras Hindu University, with about 19 years of experience in the Ecology and Environmental field, worked with various projects under World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other departments across the country working with Ecology and Water related projects concerning the Ecology and Environmental studies. She has been part of few projects under Arkitechno of one being National Mission for Clean Ganga as Environmental/ Ecology Specialist and the studies on aquatic animals of Ganga has been carried out under her supervision. With training in EIA, Rapid Impact Assessment Matrix & DIH with application of GIS in Water Resource Management for Environmental studies.

Mr. Prasant Kumar Dash
Mr. Prasant Kumar Dash is a M.Tech in Regional Engineering & Foundation Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and has worked as Geo-Technical Engineer for about 40 plus years in various parts of India with various Projects under different funding and governments. He has been Professor/ Researcher with NIT Rourkela, where he was involved in geotechnical investigation, foundation design, lab and test, plan and design the structure for buildings, roads, embankments, canals and various other civil structures.
