We provide services as project management consultant (PMC) covering all three stages of project implementation life cycles i.e. pre construction, during construction and post construction. Our role includes proof checking services. While working as PMC we work along with clients offering services like strategy development, co-ordination between multiple agencies including architects and design consultants, identifying and developing work packages, tendering, procurement assistance, site supervision, quality – quantity survey and certification, materials management and documentation, contract administration, health and safety monitoring, project control and reporting, final handover.
