Jatin Swain is a Masters in Earthquake Engineering from IIT Roorkee With 40 years of rich professional experience in construction management, technical assistance in design, drawing, estimation, construction management, supervision, procurement and quality control in large complex civil engineering projects with an organization of high repute. After Serving 34 years in Water Resource Department, Govt. of Odisha in various position retiered as Chief Engineer in 2014. He has Life time membership granted by Indian Society of Earthquake Technology (ISET) and Elected as member of Institute of Engineers, India. Actively involved in projects funded through State Plans, NABARD, National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project (“NCRMP”), Integrated Coastal Zone Management Project (“ICZMP”), Odisha and Flood Management Program (“FMP”) etc.
