This globally recognized initiative, conducted under the Public-Private Partnership in Madhya Pradesh Road Sector Project (PPPMPRSP) and funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), was designed to strengthen institutional capabilities for the effective implementation of Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) road projects.
